The aim of the work is to develop a scientific and methodological complex (SMC) and practical tools for deepening the integration of digital technologies and renewable energy to form sustainable business models and support inclusive, socially oriented economic development in Ukraine in the post-war period, taking into account the effects at the micro, meso and macro levels.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Stage 1. Analysis of sustainable (seestoyev) business models in the renewable energy sector with effective integration of digital tools and determination of their potential.<\/p>

Stage 2. Empirical assessment of the synergistic impact of digitalization of the renewable energy sector on regional economic development.<\/p>

Stage 3. Macroeconomic modeling of the effects of implementing digitalized RES, taking into account a scenario-based approach.<\/p>

Stage 4. Development of environmental and economic tools to intensify the implementation of RES with a synergistic effect from digitalization.<\/p>

Stage 5. Formulation of recommendations for digital transformations in the RES sector at the micro, meso, and macro levels based on identified drivers and barriers.<\/p>

  1. Systematize modern theoretical and methodological approaches to analyzing the relationship between the digital economy and renewable energy in the context of the concepts of \u201cgreen transformation\u201d and \u201ctwin transition.\u201d<\/li>
  2. Formulate theoretical and conceptual provisions for the implementation of sustainable (seasteading) business models in the renewable energy sector with the effective integration of digital tools.<\/li>
  3. To determine the potential for developing new models of interaction between consumers and producers (prosumer models, energy cooperatives, peer-to-peer energy trading) in the digitalized RES sector.<\/li>
  4. To identify and quantitatively measure the level of digitalization of the renewable energy sector and the level of RES development at the regional level.<\/li>
  5. Assess the synergistic effect of digitalization and RES development on regional economic development by building an econometric model.<\/li>
  6. Develop a methodology for assessing the impact of digital transformations in the renewable energy sector on green GDP and sustainable economic growth indicators, taking into account spatial, institutional, and technological factors.<\/li>
  7. Model post-war growth scenarios based on various input assumptions: the degree of digitalisation of the RES sector and other economic systems, investments in the new economy, R&D expenditure within enterprises, individual industries and the national economy.<\/li>
  8. Conduct an analytical study of the factors influencing the potential for renewable energy development (destroyed infrastructure, mined territories, contaminated land) and assess ways of ecological and economic rehabilitation.<\/li>
  9. Develop a map of the environmental suitability of Ukraine’s territories for the placement of renewable energy sources, taking into account nature conservation areas, recreational areas, and regions destroyed by war.<\/li>
  10. Identify drivers and barriers to digitalization in Ukraine’s renewable energy sector, including aspects of cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and institutional capacity.<\/li>
  11. Formulate recommendations for public policy and corporate strategies, particularly in the field of renewable energy, aimed at integrating Ukraine into the European Green Deal and the EU digital market, taking into account the principles of resilience and inclusive growth.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
