&#8220;Numerical optimization methods&#8221; had the opportunity to listen to a lecture by Dr. Ayben Koy (Istanbul Ticaret University (ITU), Turkiye).<\/p><p>Dr. Ayben Koy gave a lecture on &#8220;Cryptocurrencies and Tokens&#8221;, in which he spoke about current trends in the development of cryptocurrencies, opportunities and challenges caused by the emergence and spread of cryptocurrencies.<\/p><p>The students had the opportunity to consider the essence and features of blockchain technology, existing cryptocurrencies, the functioning of crypto exchanges and the challenges to macroeconomic regulation caused by cryptocurrencies.<\/p><p>We are sincerely grateful to Dr. Ayben Koy for an interesting lecture and look forward to future fruitful
