The webinar was devoted to the issues of project and team management, work process optimization and Agile management. During the webinar, the following questions were considered: \u00abHow to configure and use a Kanban board to visualize the workflow?\u00bb, \u00abHow to identify and correct possible bottlenecks?\u00bb, \u00abHow to collect and analyze key Flow Efficiency metrics to improve productivity?\u00bb The webinar was conducted by Natalia Gradobyk, Certified SCRUM Manager
