Sumy State University pays considerable attention to practice-oriented training of higher education students and integration relations with personnel employers.<\/p>

On the initiative of the Department of Practice and Integration Relations with Employers, a webinar was held on 13 February with Roman Kulhov, Head of the Recruitment Department of the Sumy Regional Employment Centre.<\/p>

The purpose of the webinar was to inform students about the situation on the current labour market, sources of finding the desired job, employment opportunities in their speciality, and starting their own business with the support of the government programme eRobota (microgrant for own business).<\/p>

During the webinar, students received a lot of useful information on the current state of the labour market and government youth support programmes, online resources for job search, obtaining microgrants for creating or developing their own business, free education through the issuance of a voucher, and a single database of job seekers’ contacts<\/a>.<\/p>
