This article is available <a href=\"https:\/\/journal.iitta.gov.ua\/index.php\/itlt\/issue\/view\/132\" class=\"external external_icon\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p><p>The article presents an analysis of 23 national digital strategies in the EU countries, highlighting the key factors of digital strategies: focus, initiator and year of adoption, sources of funding and planning horizon. The study fills a gap in the comprehensive study of national digital strategies in the European region.
