Labor market trends are rapidly changing under the influence of digitalization, automation of business processes, technological development, etc. Studying the labor market is a key stage in the process of developing and improving an educational program. By analyzing the requirements for specialists in the field of business analytics, you can adapt the program so that graduates have the required competencies.<\/p>

In order to study modern trends in business analytics, members of the RPG OP “Economic Cybernetics” Kolomiyets Svitlana Volodymyrivna and Yefimenko Alina Yuriivna took part in the event “Lean Coffee for Business Analysts: Industry Trends and Challenges in 2025” on February 27, 2025 from the IT company EPAM.<\/p>

The following issues were discussed during the event:

\u2022 ethical aspects of data use;
\u2022 development of Data Literacy in companies;
\u2022 automation and No-Code tools in business analysis;
\u2022 cross-functional collaboration and Agile methodologies;

\u2022 data visualization and storytelling;
\u2022 development of Soft Skills in business analysts.<\/p>
