\ud83d\udcc5 On 7 May 2025, as part of the Sumy State University Career Days, an online meeting of students and teachers of the Department of Economic Cybernetics of the Educational and Research Institute of Business, Economics and Management with representatives of the IT consulting company Clarity Ukraine<\/a> took place.<\/p>

\ud83d\udcbc Clarity Ukraine is a professional team that implements Business Central with passion and inspiration. Clarity Ukraine is an official Microsoft Solution Partner in the Business Applications category and a resident of Diia.City, a member of the European Business Association, Diia.City.United and Diia.City.Union communities.<\/p>

\ud83c\udfa4 An informative lecture was delivered by Andriana Lukashuk, an experienced ERP consultant who has been working in the field of implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central business solutions for over 7 years.\u00a0 The speaker shared her own professional path, which began with an internship while studying at a higher education institution and now includes participation in international projects.<\/p>

\ud83d\udca1The meeting discussed the key competencies of an ERP consultant and developer, including professional (hard skills) and personal (soft skills) skills necessary for a successful start and career growth in IT consulting. Considerable attention was paid to the topics of adaptation of a young specialist in the company, the peculiarities of mentoring, grading and building a transparent career trajectory.<\/p>

\ud83d\udccc Students received practical advice on choosing an employer, got acquainted with the peculiarities of HR processes in the IT sector, and learned about current vacancies<\/a> for beginners.<\/p>

\ud83d\udcc8 The lecture has become an important source of information for those who are planning a career in IT consulting and want to effectively apply the knowledge gained at the university in practice.<\/p>

\ud83d\ude80 The event contributed to a holistic understanding of the profession of ERP consultant about the real requirements of the labour market, motivated them to further professional self-development.<\/p>
