In sales, it can be Conversion Rate or Sales Cycle Length, in development – Deploy Frequency or Bug Rate, in support – First Response Time and CSAT. But the main thing is not the number of metrics, but their ability to answer key questions: where are the weaknesses, how to improve them, and what works best.<\/p>

\ud83e\udde0 Data-driven culture is not about tools, it’s about mindset. Integrating data into the daily activities of the team is the path to a mature organization. Regular dashboards, reviews, retrospectives, and transparent rules for working with data create room for growth.
