\ud83d\udcc5<\/span>\nOn 16 November 2025, another class was held for Robocode Centre participants,\nduring which young programmers created a system for controlling an LED matrix\nusing a gyroscope <\/span>\ud83d\udd0e\ud83e\uddbe<\/span>. This was a new step in learning about the\ninteraction between electronics and code, as well as in developing the\nalgorithmic thinking of schoolchildren.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

During the last three classes,\nparticipants managed to learn a lot of interesting things:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

\ud83d\udca1<\/span>\nthey got acquainted with the MakeCode Arcade environment, interface, sprites,\nscene, and the basics of control; they learned how to create algorithms, work\nwith sprites, and program character movement \u2014 and based on this, they\ndeveloped their first mini-game;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udcbb<\/span> created the \u2018Whack-a-Mole\u2019 project, where\nthey practised working with sprites, events, interactions between objects, and\nscoring;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

\ud83c\udfae<\/span>\nbegan work on the game \u2018Ping Pong\u2019 for two players, during which they learned\nabout variables, conditions, loops, coordinate systems, and messages for\ncommunication between sprites;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

\ud83d\udcab<\/span>\ncreated three new mini-games that helped reinforce their knowledge of\nconditions, loops, programming logic, and working with graphic objects;<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7<\/span> learned 8 new English terms related to\nprogramming and games.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

Even more technical discoveries\nawait the participants! Next month, they will begin to learn about the physics\nof 2D games and animation, and will also take their first steps into the world\nof electronics thanks to the SensoKit platform <\/span>\u26a1<\/span>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p>
