\ud83d\udcc5 On September 17, 2026, an online career guidance meeting was held with 25 third-year students majoring in \u201cFinance, Banking, Insurance, and the Stock Market\u201d and \u201cEntrepreneurship and Trade\u201d at the Konotop Industrial and Pedagogical Vocational College of Sumy State University.<\/p>

\ud83c\udf93 The meeting was led by Alina Yurievna Yefimenko, assistant professor in the Department of Economic Cybernetics and deputy head of the department for career guidance. Participants learned about opportunities to continue their studies at the Institute of Bioengineering and Economics (IBE) of Sumy State University, including practice-oriented training, participation in international academic mobility programs, and research work.<\/p>

\ud83d\udca1 Special attention was given to the majors offered by the Institute of Business and Economics and the specifics of Specialization C1, \u201cEconomics and International Economic Relations,\u201d which combines a fundamental economic education with modern analytical and digital tools.<\/p>

\ud83d\udcca The practical part of the meeting involved an introduction to Our World in Data \u2013 an open-data platform on global socioeconomic, demographic, environmental, and technological trends. Participants were shown how to search for, visualize, and compare statistical indicators by country and time period, as well as how to use ready-made datasets for statistical analysis and research on global trends in sustainable development.<\/p>
