On May 11, 2026, Alina Yurievna Yefimenko, an assistant at the Department of Economic Cybernetics, held a meeting with 10th-grade students from Sumy Secondary School No. 15 as part of the interactive course “Big Data Lab.” Approximately 30 students participated in the event.

During the session, participants learned about the concept of Big Data, the specifics of working with real-world data, and the capabilities of the Kaggle platform. In addition to the theoretical component, the students examined practical business cases and attempted to find solutions based on modern analytical approaches.

Prospective students were also introduced to the “Economic Cybernetics” educational program, which combines economics, data analytics, mathematical modeling, and digital technologies to facilitate effective managerial decision-making. Participants also learned about other majors offered by the Educational and Research Institute of Business, Economics, and Management, as well as their advantages and employment prospects.

We thank the students for their enthusiasm and interest, and the school administration for their cooperation!
