Do you want to learn more about the Business profession? Analyst in IT and try yourself in this direction? Then we invite you to Business Analysis Program ! This program is a great opportunity to get the current knowledge and practical experience needed to start a career in business analysis in IT.

Study format: independent study of materials with homework checks and regular workshops and Q&A sessions.

The program consists of two stages, after which the best graduates will have the opportunity to pass an interview and join the ERAM Ukraine team as business analysts.

What is necessary for successful learning:

What will you study?

The first stage of the program lasts ≈ 1.5 months and includes self-study and question and answer sessions with trainers. Online sessions will take place in the evenings outside of regular business hours. Plan to set aside about 2 hours per week for in-person online classes, as well as additional time for self-study.

At this stage, you will familiarize yourself with the basics of the project , implementation of the IT project , project roles and responsibilities, typical tasks of a business analyst. You will also learn about the definition of interested parties ( stakeholders ) and effective cooperation for the success of the project . The curriculum includes modeling and prototyping . We will focus on creating different types of requirements documentation, especially user stories.

The second phase, lasting approximately 2 months, provides hands-on experience focused on interacting with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and requirements, and creating business intelligence documentation. At this stage, you will work with coaches who will act as stakeholders , presenting you with specific scenarios to understand their needs. Your tasks will include communicating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, verifying them and creating relevant business intelligence documentation. During this process, you will receive constant feedback and support from trainers.
