🏆 On April 8, 2026, the Institute of Business, Economics, and Management held a conference and awards ceremony for winners of academic competitions and student research contests. This event brought together students—who are already shaping the future of economic thought and innovation—in both online and in-person formats.
🎓 The event began with opening remarks by Institute Director Oleksii Liulov, who highlighted the importance of developing student research. Oleksandr Kushnerov, Chair of the Student Scientific Association, spoke about the conference agenda and opportunities for academic growth. The event was moderated by Svitlana Tarasenko, Deputy Director for Research.
💡 The conference featured presentations of student research, during which students from the Department of Economic Cybernetics also presented their work, including:
• Ruslan Shchebetun – 1st place (field: “Economics and National Economy Management”), a third-year student in the “Economic Cybernetics” program;
• Kseniia Mohylna – 1st place (field: “Economics”), a first-year master’s student in the “Economic Cybernetics” program.
Our second-year students received a special round of applause and honorary diplomas for their top finishes in academic competitions. They proved that a solid foundation of knowledge is laid from the very first years of study:
• Maria Dudka – a second-year student in the Economics program;
• Oleksandra Borysenko – a second-year student in the Economics program;
• Anna Datsenko – a second-year student in the Economics program.
🚀 Congratulations to our students on their significant achievements, and we wish them further academic success!
