On June 16-17, 2026, the Department of Economic Cybernetics held the defense of the qualification theses of the bachelors of the educational program “Economic Cybernetics” of specialty 051 “Economics”.
Students demonstrated their level of training and presented the results of research aimed at solving current problems in the areas of digitalization, economic and mathematical modeling and analytics. The topics of this year’s work covered a wide range of practical challenges: from the development of automated IT project management systems, environmental monitoring and web-oriented systems for business to complex modeling of market processes, financial security, the impact of digitalization on public health and analysis of the economy under martial law.
The defense was held in Ukrainian and English and was accompanied by active discussions between students and members of the examination committee.
The examination commission consisting of: General Director of European Consulting Service LLC Denis SAFONOVA (Chairman of the commission), Professor Anton BOYKO, Associate Professors Hanna YAROVENKO and Vitalia KOIBICHUK noted the practical significance and quality of the submitted qualification works.
