Guest Lecture by Infinity Technologies: Information and Analytical Systems for Managing Human Capital Development to Ensure Business Resilience

👥 On October 22, 2026, as part of the “Applied Statistics” course and in collaboration with the Infinity Technologies branch, a practice-oriented meeting was held between students and Yevgen Dmytriyev, a representative of the Employers’ Expert Council for the “Economics” major and Director of Human Resources at Infinity Technologies.

Students majoring in C1 Economics and International Economic Relations (the “Economic Cybernetics” and “Economics” programs), as well as faculty members from the department, participated in the event.

💡 Key topics:

  • Digitalization of HR processes: using information and analytical systems to process personnel data and make informed management decisions.
  • Business resilience: the role of human capital in maintaining the stability and adaptability of enterprises amid modern economic challenges and uncertainty.
  • Applied statistics in action: real-world case studies of using data analytics to enhance companies’ competitiveness.

Direct dialogue with an employer allowed students to see how theoretical knowledge of statistics and data analysis is applied in the day-to-day operations of leading IT and technology companies.

We thank Yevgen Dmitriev for his insightful lecture, practical advice, and valuable experience, and the students for their active participation in the discussion!
