The PROM program is not only an opportunity for a scientific internship, but also an introduction to the life of a European university, city and society.
The internship of Alina Yefimenko, a 3rd-year graduate student majoring in Economics, began on November 14 in Wroclaw, one of the largest and oldest cities in Poland.
During her internship, Alina attended the classes of her mentor Yoanna Kochar, where she got acquainted with the peculiarities of teaching at a Polish university and deepened her knowledge in the field of enterprise accounting. The graduate student also familiarized herself with the scientometric databases and statistical programs of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
The research part of Alina’s internship is the content of an article that combines the subject of bank capitalization and models of management and accounting of financial transactions.
The graduate student is grateful to her Alma mater for such a great opportunity to develop her professional skills at a modern and technological university in Poland, located in a city that is a masterpiece of architecture.
