The team behind the Jean Monnet Module project “Developing Digital Competencies for Digital Economy Professionals and Business Leaders: Best European Practices for Ukraine” has prepared a monograph titled “Developing Digital Competence: European Union Practices,” which is dedicated to researching European Union practices regarding the development of digital competence, systematizing relevant strategic, methodological, and regulatory instruments; identifying the specifics of integrating competencies in the field of artificial intelligence into the current framework of digital competence; and developing methodological approaches to assessing the interrelationships between the digitalization of society, education, economic transformation, and security.
