Lex is looking for a Digital Associate Manager 💻✨
Do you like to organise, track processes and help your team run like clockwork? Do you have an eye for detail and get high when everything goes according to plan? Then this role is for you!
🔧 What you will do:
– track and coordinate the work of digital assistants (remote team 💻🌍);
– Monitor performance through Asana and Hubstaff;
– make weekly reports so that everyone knows how things are going;
– distribute tasks across the team and keep the focus on priorities;
– give feedback and help the team develop;
– control the quality of work and meet customer expectations;
– be the person who always knows ‘what, where, when and why’.
