🛠️ Responsibilities:
– engage in the formation and maintenance of the construction project budget at all stages of the facility’s life cycle: from investment assessment to commissioning;
– calculate the full planned and actual cost of construction works, taking into account direct and overhead costs;
– calculate and monitor the profitability of each facility, develop measures to increase it and minimize losses, etc.
📝 Requirements:
– have an understanding of the cost structure and budgeting principles of construction projects;
– confident user of Excel, Microsoft Office, BAS Construction (will be an advantage );
– you understand the principles of budgeting, DSTU standards, AVK databases, etc.
