In particular, on November 26, 2021, another online meeting was held with a graduate of the Department of Economic Cybernetics – Volodymyr Melnyk – Product Director of Estabild (Sweden).
The topic of the meeting was “How to start your own career in IT?”
During the meeting, Volodymyr spoke about his career path, the experience of his first job, how a career can often change in today’s fast-paced world, the need to be ready for change and learn to live in an era of constant change.
Volodymyr Melnyk gave students valuable advice on the development of soft skills and hard skills while studying at university, preparing his own resume, the first interview, as well as answered purely professional questions on software development.
In addition to students of various courses majoring in 051 “Economics”, the meeting was also attended by students of “International Economic Relations”. The meeting with Volodymyr Melnyk was very useful not only for graduation students. But also for 1-2 year students, because time passes very quickly, and starting from the 1st year, you should start preparing to find your first job.
