Applications for the Startup EDGE grant programme are now being accepted

The Ukrainian Startup Fund has announced that it is now accepting applications for the Startup EDGE grant programme, which aims to support innovative Ukrainian startups in the early stages of development. The initiative is being implemented with the support of the EU4Innovation East project and aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the Ukrainian startup ecosystem in Europe and worldwide 🌍.

The total budget of the programme is €1,000,000, which opens up new opportunities for entrepreneurial growth and technological development 🚀.

🎯 Priority areas of the programme:

DeepTech 🤖: artificial intelligence and machine learning, biotechnology, MedTech, robotics, quantum computing, IoT, cybersecurity, SpaceTech, Web 3.0 and other breakthrough technologies;

GreenTech 🌱: renewable energy, clean technologies, sustainable development and resource conservation solutions;

EdTech 🎓: digital education solutions and innovative technologies for transforming the learning process.

💰 Grant funding amount:

up to €20,000 — for pre-seed stage start-ups;

up to €40,000 — for seed-stage startups.

During the first open call, an expert commission will select the 9 most promising projects.

📅 Application deadline — 21 January 2026.

The Startup EDGE grant programme is implemented by the Ukrainian Startup Fund with the support of the EU4Innovation East project, which is funded by the European Union, co-financed by the French government and implemented by Expertise France.
