Ms. Zamora possesses 8 years of experience in the field of international cooperation of the university and 12 years of work in the third sector. Ms. Zamora also works as a trainer in non-formal education and a consultant on university internationalization.
Co-founder of the “Project Managers Association of Ukraine”.
Project manager of the NGO “Council of Young Scientists”.
Courses: International Projects Management, Country Studies, Diplomatic Protocol and Etiquette, Diplomatic Support in International Business, International Marketing, International Commerce and Offshore Business.
Research Interests: design and management of international projects, international business, management of foreign economic activity, international relations, online and distance education.
Other areas of interest: grant tools to support small and medium-sized businesses, education, NGOs, personal development (Erasmus +, any other grant programs for business development and universities), non-formal education methods, design thinking.
Professional achievements: A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sumy National Agrarian University. Master’s degree in “Management Of Foreign Economic Activity”, diploma with honors. Junior specialist in “Law”, diploma with honors. In 2009 she graduated from Sumy National Agrarian University PhD studies. Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD in economics) (2011, Council for the Research of Productive Forces of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine), Associate Professor (2016).

Fellow of the Polish UNESCO Committee, a research grant funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland, 2013. Research topic: “Polish Experience In The Development Of Cross-Border Cooperation: Lessons For Ukraine.”
Project manager: 5 years of experience as a head of the international projects sector of the Department of International Cooperation of Sumy National Agrarian University; 12 years of experience in the third sector and the development/implementation of international grant projects, including those funded by the EC, FAO, CEI and the EBRD.
Coach/trainer: Many years of experience in participating in international EU training programs (Youth in Action, Erasmus+, more than 10 international events in English), as well as developing training/education programs using non-formal education tools and coaching.
