On September 7, 2019, the first “Project manager in 4 weeks” lecture was held.
During this course, participants will gain basic project management skills and knowledge. Classes will be held once a week on weekends. During the lectures, the students of the course will receive a theoretical basis and practice it in practical classes together with an experienced mentor.
After passing the first module, participants will participate in the creation of the PM community as well as the following course modules.
In the first session together with Kateryna Ovsienko talked about who such a project manager is and how to become them, what skills are needed to work as a project manager. Find out the difference between Project Manager and Product Manager. Also talked about project success criteria and time management. The workshop was attended by more than 30 participants, including students in the specialty “Economic Cybernetics” and “Business Analytics”.
