On 28 June 2024, the Forum “The future of financial services cybersecurity” will be held online. The event is organised by the project team of the “EU Practices to protect the financial system against cyber threats” at the Sumy State University.
This event serves as an important platform for spreading new ideas and fostering dialogue with academic world, civil society and financial institutions on cybersecurity in financial sector triggered by the use of digital technologies. Strengthening cybersecurity and jointly counteracting current cyber threats are essential for the stable and uninterrupted operation of the Ukrainian financial sector.
The forum is conducted within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module EU_PITCH (101085364).
The forum will provide a crucial space to focus a wide variety topics: How are companies approaching emerging technologies? What emerging technologies are EU financial institutions adopting? How do they plan to secure and mitigate the associated cyber risks? What cybersecurity capabilities will be needed to successfully adopt and secure new technologies in Ukraine?
