On February 6, 2023, the training sessions of the course “EU Cybersecurity Policies and Practices in the financial system” have started. The course is taught under the EU Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module “EU Practices to protect the financial system against cyber threats”. During the first lecture, students majored in “Economic Cybernetics” got acquainted with the fundamental concepts and environment of EU cyber security, in particular, they discussed the main prerequisites, modern trends, advantages and risks of digitalization of the financial sector in Ukraine and EU; determined the relevance and key principles of cyber security in financial activities.
