On 18.12.2023, students of group EK-01a, specialty 051 «Economics» (educational program «Economic Cybernetics and Business Analytics») as part of studying the discipline «System Analysis and Economic Cybernetics» attended the webinar «Optimization of processes using Kanban: from the board to metrics flow». The webinar was devoted to the issues of project and team management, work process optimization and Agile management. During the webinar, the following questions were considered: «How to configure and use a Kanban board to visualize the workflow?», «How to identify and correct possible bottlenecks?», «How to collect and analyze key Flow Efficiency metrics to improve productivity?» The webinar was conducted by Natalia Gradobyk, Certified SCRUM Manager «EPAM».
