On 10 May, students of groups EK.m-31 and EK.mz-31c, as part of the study of the discipline “Payment Systems” with the teacher Dotsenko Tatiana Vitalievna, took part in the webinar “AWS Discovery Day: Introduction to Securing your AWS cloud from EPAM Campus”. The main speaker of the webinar was Rodion Prokopenko, AWS Authorised Instructor, Senior Systems Engineer at EPAM.
The event covered the topics of AWS Cloud and the cloud industry: security configuration strategies; AWS services (IAM, KMS, VPC, CloudTrail, WAF, Shield); Security Best practices, etc. Attending such events provides the practical knowledge and skills needed to understand the dynamic field of cloud computing.
