On 4 April 2025, the first lesson was held within the framework of the international virtual mobility programme ‘Econometrics’, which is jointly implemented by Sumy State University and Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU, Bareilly, India) 🤝🇺🇦🇮🇳.
🔍 The class was dedicated to the topic ‘Basics of multivariate statistical analysis using Statgraphics software’.
👩🏫 The main speaker of the event was Vitaliia Koibichuk, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Cybernetics at Sumy State University.
🧩 The course participants learnt the basics of multivariate statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, and discriminant analysis.
📊 The participants paid special attention to the practical use of Statgraphics software, which allowed them not only to master the theoretical material, but also to gain practical skills in analysing socio-economic data.
