🛠Responsibilities:
– prepares draft decisions of the regional council on the regional budget of Sumy region and amendments to it, orders of the regional state administration on the implementation and clarification of the regional budget;
– prepares temporary and permanent schedules of revenues, appropriations, loans and financing of the regional budget;
– prepares letters and information on the preparation and implementation of the regional budget;
– checks and analyzes budget requests of the main spending units, checks proposals for indicators of the draft regional budget;
– checks the correctness of the preparation and approval of estimates, etc.
📝Requirements:
– responsibility, creativity, attention to detail;
– digital literacy, analytical skills;
– education: bachelor’s, master’s degree.
