PortaOne creates software for telecom operators and provides technical support.
We work only in the B2B format.
The main task of the Customer Care Agent is to be a liaison between the client and the engineer (handling incoming/outgoing calls (2-3 per shift on average), monitoring correspondence and escalating critical requests if necessary, helping engineers with writing letters in English (prufrid).
