🌐 Classes of the international virtual mobility programme ‘Econometrics’

📅 On 31 May 2025, a class was held as part of the international virtual mobility programme ‘Econometrics’, which is jointly implemented by Sumy State University and Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU, Bareilly, India).

🌐 The Econometrics programme continues to unite students and professors from different countries around topical issues of economics, statistics and analytics. This time, the topic of the meeting was ‘Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) models using EViews’, and the speaker was Professor Bhola Khan (Department of Regional Economics, MJPRU, India).

🔍 During the lecture, the participants considered:
🔹 the theoretical foundations of panel data;
🔹 features of building models with fixed and random effects;
🔹 the use of the Gaussman test;
🔹 statistical tests for heteroscedasticity, stationarity and normality of distribution for panel data;
🔹 an example of performing ARDL modelling in EViews.

✨ We thank all participants for their active participation, interesting questions and additions. We are looking forward to the next classes to continue to deepen our knowledge of econometrics and share international experience!
