On May 22, a lesson on “Stimulating and Forecasting the Relative Effectiveness of Fiscal and Monetary Policy on the Manufacturing Sector in Nigeria” was held within the framework of the virtual mobility program “Econometrics” launched by Sumy State University and Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU, Bareilly, India).
The main speaker of the class was Dr. Louis Sevitenyi Nkwatoh from Yobe State University. Together with the participants of the class, he explored fiscal and monetary policy in the manufacturing sector of Nigeria, reviewed methods for assessing the effectiveness of government policy, and discussed ways to forecast and evaluate the development of a particular sector of the economy. The use of EViews software allowed the participants to gain valuable practical experience in conducting econometric analysis.
We are grateful to all participants for their active participation and contribution to the Econometrics virtual mobility program and look forward to future webinars where we will continue to explore and deepen our understanding of econometrics together. Do not miss the opportunity to participate in these interesting classes and improve your knowledge and skills!
