From 4 to 7 March, Kyiv hosted the JOB EXPO career festival, which generated a wealth of invaluable ideas on various career paths and professional development strategies. As part of this intense event, several online workshops provided participants with the opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge from industry experts. - KPMG: Building a career – how to maintain productivity and inner balance. Speaker: Myroslava Ilchuk, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. During this session, the speaker shared invaluable tips on navigating the job search, defining personal values and staying resilient in difficult times. From tips on landing your dream job to maintaining peace of mind throughout the process, participants received useful information to help move their careers forward.
- SoftServe: You’ve got into IT, what’s next? Speaker: Yevhenii Udovychenko, manager of SoftServe Academy. The speaker dived into the diverse landscape of modern IT, discussing key areas and necessary skills for aspiring professionals. Participants learned about the role of SoftServe Academy in providing people with the skills they need for work, setting them on the path to success in the dynamic IT industry.
- PCB: Analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise. Management of environmental and social risks. Speaker: Maria Ostryanko, Credit Analyst for Business Clients responsible for environmental and social risk assessment. Maria Ostryanko provided a general overview of financial analysis at enterprises, emphasising the importance of environmental and social risk assessment. The participants gained an insight into ProCredit Bank’s activities, financial analysis methodology and risk management strategy.

The speaker spoke about various positions in IT companies that do not involve coding, shedding light on the possibilities of digital professions and modern technologies. With practical advice on how to start a career without prior experience, participants received valuable tips from an experienced recruiter.
- Genesis: Introduction to product analytics. Speaker: Dmytro Kanevskyi, Head of Product. Dmytro Kanevskyi presented a comprehensive introduction to product analytics, covering the role of product analysts, metrics analysis, and strategies for getting dream job offers. Participants gained insight into the dynamic field of product analytics and its role in business success.
