📝 Requirements:

  • You understand that respect and care for the client is a must have.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, sales (this is not required, but will be an advantage)
  • You have a strong desire to learn and develop quickly.
  • You can explain complex things in a simple way.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attentive to details and deadlines.
  • Ready for a 5/2, 4/2 or 2/2 work schedule, there are many options 🙂

🛠 What you will do:

  • Answer 40-50 calls per day from Poster customers and help them with simple and complex issues.
  • Manage and control customer questions and requests from the beginning to the end.
  • Together with the Customer Support and Customer Success teams, be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible support and are satisfied with Poster.
  • Constantly study the product and its features, keep up with new features.
  • To notice and collect feedback, frequent problems and bugs in order to make the Poster product better together with other teams.
