🛠 Responsibilities:
– communicate with customers from all over the world: mainly via email, and if necessary, by phone
– register technical support requests and follow up on their resolution;
– Monitor correspondence with customers and promptly transfer critical requests for priority resolution.
📝Requirements:
– English from Upper-Intermediate (communication with clients only in English);
– willingness to work night shifts (24/7 support);
– willingness to learn quickly, even technical things.
💰We offer:
– flexible schedule. One day of work – two days of study. Shifts lasting 12 hours: two day shifts (8:00-20:00) and one night shift (20:00-8:00) per week. During the session or important events, the schedule can be easily adjusted, because colleagues are always ready to change if necessary;
– English practice. Clients from 90+ countries will help you improve your technical and spoken English, etc.
