The second stage of the Ukrainian Student Olympiad on discipline “Informatics” for college students of Ukraine under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine №1495 from 12.09.2016. “On a nationwide student competition 2016/2017 academic year” was held from 18th to 20th of April, 2017 at the National Aerospace University named by M.E. Zhukovsky “HAI” (c. Kharkiv).
Olympics attracted over 60 participants from all over Ukraine. Competitions were held in two directions: economic and human sciences, engineering sciences. To participate in the II stage of the competition from the Academy were sent two students-winners of the first qualifying round –Ostrovskyi O. (EC-61a) and Dinits R. (EC-51a).
Our students-cybernetics have taken 7th and 15th places, demonstrating the knowledge of information technology, innovative thinking, creative ways of solving problems. For an active participation in the competition, students were awarded with diplomas.
