From 29 September to 6 October 2025, members of the working group on the educational programme ‘Economic Cybernetics and Business Analytics’: Head of the Department of Economic Cybernetics Vitaliya Koybichuk, Senior Lecturer Svitlana Kolomiets, and Assistant Alina Yefimenko took advanced training courses on ‘Accreditation of Educational Programmes: Best Practices and Problematic Issues.’
During the event, the staff of the Department of Economic Cybernetics:
🔹 familiarised themselves with the National Qualifications Framework and the Higher Education Standard;
🔹 studied the logic of the interrelationships between educational and work programmes, as well as the programme of the academic discipline;
🔹 considered the role and requirements for the RPG and guarantor, the role of departments, faculties/institutes, and other structures of Sumy State University in the development and implementation of the OP;
🔹 acquired the ability to form self-assessment information on the educational programme and evidence base in accordance with the criteria for assessing the quality of educational activities;
🔹 gained an understanding of the procedure for conducting accreditation expertise of the educational programme.
The members of the RPG are grateful for the knowledge they have gained, the practical advice and the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues from other departments and faculties. The materials and competencies gained will be useful in improving educational programmes, updating the content of academic disciplines and improving the quality of training for students majoring in Economic Cybernetics and Business Analytics.
