How to prepare for an interview with AI?

In today’s world, the interview begins long before the first ‘hello.’ Recruiters are increasingly forming their first impression of a candidate based on their digital footprint — LinkedIn, Instagram, portfolio, and even old comments on social media. That’s why it’s important to know what your public image “says” about you.

How can students and young professionals see themselves through the eyes of an employer? Artificial intelligence can help with this.

🔍 How does it work?

1️LinkedIn profile analysis. Send a request like this: “Imagine you’re a recruiter seeing my LinkedIn for the first time. What impression do I make in the first 30 seconds?” This will help you assess the tone, style, and level of communication you convey.

2️Identifying weaknesses. Ask AI to formulate questions that may arise based on your profile. Find out: What looks contradictory? What needs to be clarified? What achievements need context?

3️Authenticity test. Ask the AI to write a short paragraph introducing you. If it sounds clichéd or dry, it’s a sign that your profile needs updating.

💡 Artificial intelligence does not create an ideal image – it shows the real one. And it’s better for the AI to be the first to ‘look’ at
you, rather than a recruiter. This approach not only allows you to prepare for the interview, but also to understand how you are perceived in the professional environment.
