Why and how to write a follow-up letter after an interview

The source of the material is Happy Monday ❤️.

After the interview, it makes sense not to passively wait for feedback from the employer, but to initiate such contact yourself. That is, write a follow-up letter 📩.

Messages to the person who interviewed you can be divided into several types:
✔️ a simple thank you for the meeting;
✔️ your impressions of the interview;
✔️ reminders about yourself and questions about the next steps;
✔️ request for detailed feedback;
✔️ thanks for the answer and arrangements for the future (in case of refusal).

“Interviews and everything related to them are quite stressful. If I were asked about one piece of advice for all people looking for new opportunities (regardless of level, profession, field, gender, age, etc.), I would say that it is necessary to remain human, because on the other side of the process, a person is as alive as you,” says Iryna Sulatska (https://www.facebook.com/isulatska), a recruiter at Matic and a teacher at Lviv IT School and Ukrainian Sourcing School.
